NOTE:: Make sure your new server it has a key:: you might have to reinstall/upgrade TWICE! Why? 1st upgrade fails but still works, Fails because the license is not in the server and it cannot add the userid (I do not know what userid) into the server due to the licenses are full (over 3).. so after upgrade (License Server) -- Then Go through the Whole process again.. Gotta Love it ! There might be a better way.. but I know that worked for me...
