Yesterday evening we were working a plugin error with BMC. The plugin is used with a vendor form that that displays data from another Remedy instance. Both Remedy instances are up and running fine. The plugin however stopped working with an 8755 error; well, stopped working for the most part. Yesterday I found the plugin will retrieve the data 20% of the time in a rather persistent pattern: 4 misses followed by 1 hit, repeatedly. BMC is reviewing logs but nothing stands out. I would not be surprised to find it to be an issue with our environment. One manager suggested some round robin activity may be occurring with 80% of the resource pool defective. The plugin is a BMC product and we are running 7.6.04. Any ideas?
