Hi the Work Info tab on a problem management ticket, once user select a work info item to view, user should be able to view the other work info items without coming in and out of the 'Investigation Work info' window all the time.
For Example: In work Info Tab has about 19 work info items and user need to open/close 19 windows to read all updates.
