Sagar, not sure what version you are on, but most of the newer versions have a 
"history" button above the work detail table (on the Problem Investigation 
form) allowing you to view all work detail entries in a long running text field 
together.  Is this what you are looking for?   Nate.

Hi
the Work Info tab on a problem management  ticket, once user select a work info 
item to view, user should be able to view the other work info items without 
coming in and out of the 'Investigation Work info'
window all the time.

For Example: In work Info Tab has about 19 work info items and user need to 
open/close 19 windows to read all updates.

Once user selects one of the work info item and view in investigation info 
popup , he should be able to navigate through remaining work info items in same 
popup for same session



Appreciate your suggestion/ideas.
