Hi Everyone - Has anyone ever upgraded apache 5.5 to apache 6.0 on their Remedy Management server. I have a windows server that only runs the Remedy Knowledge Management application. Due to a security risk, we need to upgrade apache. I cannot find any documentation on if I have to backup any files or change any exiting files on RKM before upgrading. I can find plenty on upgrading apache for mid-tier, but nothing on RKM. I was thinking of just making a backup of the install directory for RKM and then running the apache installer.
