Hi Karthik, That's less of a technical question and more of a question you should ask of your BMC representative as you explore how Remedy OnDemand would benefit your organization. If you don't want to have that conversation right away, you might try posting your question in the BMC Remedy OnDemand community<https://communities.bmc.com/communities/community/bmcdn/bmc_remedy_ondemand> where OnDemand representatives from BMC might be able to address your higher level questions.
However, if you're erally interested in BMC's Remedy OnDemand offering, I'd suggest that you contact your BMC Representative to discuss what would be best to meet your business needs. The offering can be tailored to meet the needs of a broad set of customers, but it would involve better understanding your current environment and goals for moving to an OnDemand offering - which is a deeper conversation than is appropriate through E-mail on a public mailing list. -David J.
