There are multiple helpdesk tools(Remedy and Non-Remedy) in different locations across the globe. An integration is planned with one ROP instance that is used by application support to server all the loctions. In current scenario, the application support logs in to each individual tool when they get ticket assignments. Now, they want one tool to work on and all the tickets from different tools shold flow through to this system. Challenge is some of the helpdesk tools are on ROP and some are planned to be on ROD.
