Hi All, Currently we are facing a Problem in AREA LDAP Authentication for ITSM 7.6.04
We have One Active Directory with Below information - First Name Last Name Login ID Corporate Number Email ID ITSM will be integrated to This AD for Authentication and pull up People Record. But in above Active Directory, the Manager's Information is missing. We need this Manager's Information available in CTM:People form in order to rout the SRM Approval to Immediate Managers. This Information is available in another Active Directory (Manager's Login ID, Name, Email Id) We need suggestion regarding how to capture the Manager Information by - 1. Is it possible to integrate 2 Active Directories? One Active Directory will be used for Password Authentication and the other will be used for manager's information only. 2.
