>From your posting it seems you need integration with two AD systems.
One system is used for authentication and another system is used to import 
data.
So what you need is AREA and ARDBC LDAP configurations.
You  use AREA LDAP for external authentication such as AD.
You use ARDBC to access the data in external systems. 
These two adapters are already provided out of the box via AREA LDAP and 
ARDBC DLAP forms. You just need to configure the correct AD server name and 
other connection parameters in those forms.
To actually retrieve data and import into remedy as other post mentioned 
once you configure ARDBC you can create vendor forms and write escalations 
to get the data into staging forms and then you can write validations 
before pushing into people form.
