Create two vendor forms and and a staging form to hold primary information from the active directory that has people information.
Write an escalation on primary vendor form to push data to primary staging form. On the staging form write filter on submit/modify to lookup the 2nd vendor form for the manager name and login is and store the same on the primary staging form. Place a filter next to the first filters execution order to push to people form.
