Can anyone make heads or tails of the ITSM 8 Compatibility Matrix or the PAC information? I would like to know if I can upgrade the CMDB to version 8 and use it with Asset 7.5. I tried reading through the BMC Interoperability documentation as well, but all this documentation is lacking in version cross-references for compatibility.
Application Stack (Current): - ARS 7.5 patch 3 - Atrium CMDB 7.5 patch 5 - ITSM 7.5.01.0 patch 000 - AIE 7.5 patch 5 - SLM 7.5.00 patch 001 Application Stack (Targeted): - ARS 8.0 - Atrium CMDB 8.0 - ITSM 7.5.01.0 patch 000 - AIE 7.5 patch 5 - SLM 8.0 Is this possible?
