I thought I was being clever and deleted the Application License info from about 10 users records. I wanted to make a wholesale change rather than do them one at a time.
The problem is that the system is now telling me I have exceeded my license count and won't let me assign them the licenses. I know I have them available because 5 of the 10 had them already. What do I need to do to fix this? Of course it is Friday evening and support has gone home!
