Hi

We have this issue on one of our test systems which was running an fts
index that has failed part way through. We ran out of disk space on the
server. There is workflow that does a lookup from the people form using the
first name and last name. The last name field is fts indexed and currently
fails any query on it.

Once we get the space increased and then fts process re-run should fix it,
in our case anyway.

This may help in analysing your issue.
