I assume the reason you haven’t looked at BMC’s products in this area is because you are on a really old version of ARS and ITSM, is that correct? You may want to check with BMC just in case to see if they would provide your company an older version of BMC Mobility to be able to do that. Also, you’ve picked “fast” and “accurate” so I assume “cheap” is out of the question, so you could possibly even hire an iOS developer or two to make something for you that leverages the web services within ITSM if you can’t get BMC to sell you potentially unsupported versions of their software.
