LJ this list is great. Everyone keep them coming. Its not that I don't know the answers. It that they are cloudy when asked to deliver the answer on the fly. I'm very proficient in ARS and ITSM, but it not at the forefront of my mind. Like on one interview last week for a $100hr 1-year to hire job, I was asked "How do you delete entries via workflow?. I could not for the life of me remember that the thing was called "RUNPROCESS". Although I have ran the gambit on the RUNPROCESS commands in my sleep. Thank you all this is really helpful....
