I'm looking at the knowledge base on the Support Section of the BMC Website, and I found something similar to my problem and it refers to "a bug covered in SW00275135."
I did a search on SW00275135 in the knowledge base to get more info about this bug (and is it going to be fixed in a later version?) and all I get is the original article that references the SW number. Does anyone know if where these are? Or are they not viewable to us?
