Windows 2008 r2 Oracle 11g ARS 8.1 ITSM 8.1 Change Management - "Pending state with the status reason of Approval Error"
When a Change Request Status is set to Pending and the Status Reason is Approval Error - is there a way to make the request actionable? Using the Process Flow Status ribbon, the user can slect "Resume". The change appears to move to the next Status but it doesn't. I have found several reasons why the change may be "Pending state with the status reason of Approval Error" but nothing to recover the Change Request. Any assistance is appreciated.
