Hi Atul: This is part of modelling your Business Services . If you look at the BMC Atrium documentation about how to build your Service Model, you will find reference to "Requestable Offerings" there. If you are creating SRDs without a Service Model, well.... you're going to have to handle these CIs appropriately.... Terry

Is this required by SRM? If not can it be stopped. These CIs are popping up when CIs are being searched from a Incident or Change. Any help would be appreciated.
