Atul,

At this time, this is a feature of the system and is not configurable.

If you do not want them created, what you need to do is turn on workflow
logging, create an SRD, see what
workflow fires to create the entry in the CMDB (you will find a push field
action to the CMDB table), and
then create an overlay of that filter and disable the overlaid copy.

This will stop the create of the entry in the CMDB.

Subject: SRD creating a CI in class BMC_REQUESTABLEOFFERING

**

Hi

In a 7.6.04 ARS system, when a SRD is created a CI (with SRD name) is created
in Class BMC_REQUESTABLEOFFERING.

Is this required by SRM? If not can it be stopped. These CIs are popping up
when CIs are being searched from a Incident or Change.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Atul
