Happy new year to you James! Rapid Technologies has a new mobile web solution designed for end users - rMobility. See http://www.raptek.com/rmobility/
It is focused on being a lightweight way to view, update or create requests. Emphasis on simplicity for end users, so it's not aimed at being a full function mobile solution for IT support technicians. Right now approvals are not included although that is a feature we are considering. I think you will find the pricing is more favorable than other more full-featured solutions.
