Hi Jason, I hope that issue is for 8.0 ITSM but ours is 8.1, Will it be same issue in 8.1 also ?
Hi Candace, If that's the case the same scenario should not work on Normal changes also right, But in normal changes request i'm able to save it and move to next stage. As far as i know till the change is in Draft status we can modify any thing regardless of the assigne. Correct me if i'm wrong. Thanks, Dinesh kumar.
