Thomas, Without knowing what step in the process you are, I'll assume you've defined a flow and set up the proper Approval Process Config records. For what you're asking, you would do this in the Approval Mappings form. You can get to this via the AppAdmin Console> Custom tab> Change Management. Once there, you must set up unique records for each Manager approval based on some criteria. In each record, you must pick which approval phase this approval will be triggered in and then then there is a number field (I forget what it's called. Either sequence or level). Here is where you can select which Manager approval occurs first, second and so on. The record you create for Manager A would be 0. The next record you create for Manager B would be 1 and so on.
