"If you’re on Remedy now though, it wouldn’t probably make sense to switch."

That is the conclusion I came to.  We have too much built within Remedy
that if needed probably could be replicated in Cherwell but unless we are
looking to drop BMC altogether why go down that road (frankly we were not
far from it before deciding to go back to all homegrown).
