1. Is this server group configuration? 2. What is the size of the collection directory? 3. How many records do we have in ft_pending form in the DB? There is no corresponding form in AR for this one. You will have to check it directly in the database. 4. It would be interesting to find out if FTS Plugin is running? If it is, is it actually processing any data? 5. Check the arftsplugin.log & fts.log files for more info. 6.
