Hello All, We are on ARS 7.6.04 SP2 / ITSM 7.6.04 SP2.
Windows /SQL Server When performing a search on the Global Search field, we always get the ARERR 94 message. Timeout during database query - ONC/RPC call time out (ARERR 94). Please let me know the areas to look for. I have tried looking at the FTS, ARERR logs, nothing that can give me any clues!! Any queue parameter needs to be changed? Please let us know.
