Hi Florian,

What version of Crowd do you use?
Are these pure Crowd users or does Crowd proxy another realm like LDAP?
Do you see any error messages in Artifactory's log
($ARTIFACTORY_HOME/logs/artifactory.log)?
Perhaps this is caused by some residual authentication cookie in your
browser; have you tried clearing them?
