Hi Shay, I am only using direct login with Crowd credentials. Not SSO.
What I am seeing in artifactory.log is this: *2015-11-06 09:52:37,250 [ajp-nio-8019-exec-1] [INFO ] (o.a.a.s.CrowdHttpAuthenticator:196) - Logging out crowd user without a valid token* So, it accepts the login (I see myself logged in in the web interface, but I cannot open a new tab because my session is actually inactive), but then it logs you out because it says you do not have a valid token. (apparently) The strange thing is that this happened in this same server with the previous version we had (3.0.3) and when I replicated the same install into another server, it worked. I upgraded on both servers and it still works in the second one, whereas in my original server, even with version 4.2.0, it does not. I have other apps (not in the same server) connecting to Crowd and being able to authenticate with no issues. I assume this could be a problem of this server, against the Crowd server. However, the weird thing is that it does accept the login, and the Crowd connectivity test from the Admin / Security / Crowd panel is working (of course the admin login works with no problems). Maybe some kind of feedback is needed from the server which is not being sent, so it destroys the session. I don't know. I ran out of things to test. shayb wrote > > Can you also try this on 4.2.1 on a browser in private mode, *after > completely cleaning the browser caches*? > > Shay. Actually, I cannot do that right away, since this is working for a large company and we do not do upgrades that often. Thanks a lot for your help. I appreciate it a lot. -- View this message in context: http://forums.jfrog.org/Artifactory-Crowd-Integration-Login-fails-tp7288743p7580570.html Sent from the Artifactory - Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ Artifactory-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/artifactory-users
