They installed Solar Panels. If you don't live in Neptune or receive their newsletter, don't assume. They also provide shelter for parked cars in their lot. Asbury Park, doesn't initiate "good construction", like is the new Senior Center installing solar panels on its' roof? Solar panels pay for themselves in the long run and why is it taking so long to construct a simple building? Seems the construction is "milking" the City. I'm just sayin'! BTW, where are cars supposed to park? Springwood Ave.?
