The original reply to Dag was in August when it was FAQ #2, another
FAQ was added 2 Sept so its now FAQ #3

If the FAQ number appeared to be wrong it would be a good idea to
check the rest, it could be a typo.

The FAQ points to the parent TOC so that it covers the whole topic.
That TOC points to this page.

The FAQ points to *several* useful parts of the documentation.  And
pointing to the FAQs in general reminds all people on the ML to read
them.

The FAQ is called "Sources of information on configuring DocBook
toolchains" and as I said above has links to the TOC that contains
that page.
