Ha, I thought I was the only one that hate them. The setext <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Setext> title are hostile to syntax highlighting, and cause all kinds of other inconveniences. E.g., - It takes 0.2 seconds for me to tell what level of single line title is; whereas I'd scratch my head very hard on seeing the settext titles and trying to identify them. - Moreover, I'm an perfectionist, if I'm to use the settext titles, I'll be obsessed to make the underline the same width as the title, which I would hate to do but feel obligated. That's the foremost reason I hate them. Furthermore, if none-mono fonts are used for title syntax highlighting, then it'd be next to impossible to make them line up perfectly. That's going to drive me mad. - Most importantly, single line titles make it extremely easy to shift title levels up and down, which happens quite often when I want to "borrow" contents from other places or simply rearranging things. In comparison, each time that I have to do the same thing in Ms Word, e.g., changing all header 2 to header 3, I'd curse vigorously how brain-dead Micro$oft is to make my life harder. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "asciidoc" group.
