Agree it should not be part of asciidoc Python nor asciidoctor nor any
other implementation, so yeah a separate repository is fine.

Which of course is understandable, but a problem when the vim one is
out of date.  As you say elsewhere, more effort keeping the vim one up
to date is the best solution.

At the current asciidoc knowledge level of vim, any vim user is an expert :)
