Let's create a dedicated repository once the current set of pull requests
from Alex are processed. Lex, would you be willing to create it and give
Alex push access to it in addition to the org owners. Then, perhaps Alex
can push the files there. Do we have a reference for project structure?
Perhaps organize in the format that vim expects?

vim-asciidoc/
  syntax/
    asciidoc.vim
  README.adoc

(similar to https://github.com/tpope/vim-markdown) except we'll have an
AsciiDoc README.

On a separate note, what's the relationship now to the syntax file by Dag (
https://github.com/dagwieers/asciidoc-vim)? Are there changes there we need
to port to this one? If nothing else, that test file could prove useful.

Cheers,

-Dan
