Does it prove a point Nayan? I am not attemptiing to portray myself as God's gift to kharkhowadom, much less to humanity. Yes I was indeed one of the lucky few--one who was a beneficiary of the Indian state-sponsored WINNERS. I realize I or the vast numbers of Assam may not be as ENTITLED to it as you might be. But what is your point?
