Why do you want to spread this picture ? What were the media doing when this was happening ? They were busy taking pictures so that they can sell their newspapers. Why didnt somebody from the media step in to rescue the girl ?
I have seen the media take photographs of a dying man instead to giving some water. The media also wants to generate more sales by inciting the communities by publishing such photographs. Instead of publishing that picture they could have only printed the news about the arrest of the three culprits.
