Please help me in this calculation. (I may be wrong in the calculation)

Assam current crude production - 5 Million Tonne per annum(official figure)

Conversion
1 Tonne = 7 Barrel (www.onlineconversion.com)
5 million tonne = 35 million barrel
$134 per barrel = $4690 million
Rs 42.84 per dollar = Rs 20,091 crore

(Rs 20,091 crore is the annual revenue if Assam can sell that crude in
international market. That is only crude. There is also gas. Let’s not take tea
and coal into calculation because they have become marginal players now. )

The total budget expenditure of this year for the state is Rs 24,821 crore.
State’s other resource(tax) is Rs 5011 crore.

As I am not an expert, I would like to know where do we(read Assam) stand with
those figures. Please help.
