Friends,
While I appreciate each and every point written by Bikash da and I also trust
the authenticity of the whole episode he has narrated. I also appreciate his
concern and offer of help to any such victims. This is a rare trait which not
many of us might be able to demonstrate given our busy schedules and time
constraints.
However, do we have enough data when we say that these hospitals are targeting
only people from Assam and NE? This might be happening with people from any
other place as well ... be it Bihar or Kerala or MP or Rajasthan. Its also not
right to say that NE folks are being cheated by Indians. I need not stress here
that NE is also an intrinsic part of India. This forum is not meant to create
enmity with rest of India. Members, please exercise caution.
Having said that, lets create the awareness amidst ourselves and amongst our
friends / relatives to whatever extent possible.
