the information shared by Dr Bikash is invaluable and much sought after
the mail was not intended to create enmity of NE with rest of
india(.........even though it might seem so when read literally)
it was an exhibition of concern to instill awareness amongst us
its beneficial for all of us to look at the message Dr Bikash tried to deliver
rather than trying to do surgery on his words which he himself might not have
pondered upon
