Yes, I have made changes and now mail is being relayed thru my web host.
I have e-mailed recipients whom were rejected earlier and now messages are
going thru.
I think this will have to do until I can get the rDNS problem resolved.

Did you try to follow Micheal's suggestion?
It does. SMTP Properties. Delivery Tab. Outbound Security.
Chose Basic authentication, and enter a username / pw.
