Thanks, I will give them a buzz and see if they are open to the idea. I
have gone to each ISP that blocks me and asked to be unblocked. But I am
now sending e-mail thru my web host and it seems to not get rejected so i am
good for now.

Actually, rDNS for that IP address is delegated to GTE. So GTE controls
the rDNS entries. It is doubtful they will delegate to you just because
most big ISP don't delegate blocks smaller than a /24. You best bet is to
contact GTE and request they modify the rdns to mail.domainname.com.
You may still need to contact aol, etc. because they may just be using an
internal IP blocking list that you may need to get removed from.
