Actually, rDNS for that IP address is delegated to GTE. So GTE controls the
rDNS entries. It is doubtful they will delegate to you just because most
big ISP don't delegate blocks smaller than a /24. You best bet is to
contact GTE and request they modify the rdns to mail.domainname.com.
You may still need to contact aol, etc. because they may just be using an
internal IP blocking list that you may need to get removed from.

I would start with your own ISP. Do you maintain your own DNS, or is that
done elsewhere? If you maintain it yourself, you need to make sure your ISP
is aware of that so that they can forward the necessary reverse lookup
requests to your DNS servers. If you are using someone else's DNS servers,
you will need to talk with them, and find out why you don't have a valid
rDNS pointer for your host.
