DNS is maintained by my web host.

I will contact them and see if they can correct the situation.

I would start with your own ISP.  Do you maintain your own DNS, or is that
done elsewhere?  If you maintain it yourself, you need to make sure your
ISP
is aware of that so that they can forward the necessary reverse lookup
requests to your DNS servers.  If you are using someone else's DNS
servers,
you will need to talk with them, and find out why you don't have a valid
rDNS pointer for your host.
