Have you tried giving this user an alias and sending to the alias instead? If this is the only address in the To/CC recipients, is that problem still persistent as well? Does the origininating MTA of the email matter? Or the type of attachment? Again, my questions might be completely off-mark, but throwing out some concepts that might help discover a clue to help Fritz. Otherwise I feel relatively powerless in helping out....
