Thats a good idea.  I will try that next.

Another good idea - I hadn't tried making the problem recipient the only
recipient from that particular sender.  I HAVE tried it as the only
recipient in other tests.  All the other tests succeed.  Only from that
particular sender do they fail.

It might, but I have not been able to make that determination.  I cant
see anything about the message that would cause a server-specific issue,
but I suppose its possible.

There is no attachment in the message.
