Fritz efforts are great, and surely appreciated. Obviously leaving the
wrong impression there. However ASSP did not come about solely because
of Fritz efforts. Was it updated and considerably improved, yes.

Again I greatly appreciate Fritz efforts, as anyone who has ever
contributed to ASSP past, present, or future. Those doing it have done
it under the GPL so it will always be there.

If they have other aspirations, then they should not be contributing
code to GPL projects, or working with them. IMHO

Otherwise all par for the course when being a FOSS developer.
