And more to the point, while the generated DATABASE is completely
re-written every time rebuildspamdb runs, the CONTENTS of the spam/ham
folders REMAINS INTACT (except that it is UPDATED with new spam/ham). In
fact, it is CRITICAL that they do so. You do NOT 'start over' with
these, unless you just really, really enjoy pain and frustration (or it
has become corrupted or something and you have to).
