is exchange your backend server? if the case then you are in trouble, i
use to have the same problem with email just disapearing in exchange and
could not fix it.
is mail tracking enabled in your exchange server?
if yest then check out the exchange logs or tracking tool to see if the
mail was ever receive by exchange,
if you find your email in the exchange logs contact ms support for
assistance.
at last put the two senders in the ASSP no processing list and ask them to
resend the email?
