ASSP has two major recieving points, correct me if I'm wrong, the main smtp
listen port and the relay port. It sounds to me as if you are receiving
incoming emails (from the internet) fine with your smtp listen port (which is
good), but you're also receiving outgoing mail from your exchange server on the
same IP and port (which is bad). I think this is your problem. The relay port
setting is there for a reason...for receiving emails that are to be relayed to
an outgoing smtp server (to send to the internet). I'm pretty sure the relay
port and smtp listen port can't be shared. What you haven't clarified (and I
believe it to not allow you to change) is if Exchange 2007 allows you to
specify the outgoing relay port other than port 25. If that's the case, your
exchange server is relaying mail to spam.domain.tld which is the main smtp
listen port rather than the relay port setting.
Kind Regards,
Brett

Hi,
The receiving part from Exchange is spam.domain.tld which is ASSP. Checked
this.

Yeah, fine, but WHERE does exchange send the email ?
Is the receiving IP the one belonging to the ASSP box or ... ?
also check (cross-check; date/time/...) the ASSP and the
postfix logs
