Not really "down" time,  more like limited access as it was has so
only has been loss of access to emails though the web interface. They
have not suffered 1 complete loss of access to users data since
starting up this whole venture. Which is allot more then I can say for
any ones home or business internet connections or farther more for
that matter servers and services running flawlessly.
