Again incorrect as that user will always have access to at least  
webmail on top of any pop3/imap access he or she is given.

99.9% can't even be gareented after adding up all the single points of  
failure for the power company, phone company and nomal server/software  
upgrades and down time.

Now I'm not trying to say googles the be all end solution for every  
one. But it's a great alternitive for most. And if there track record  
doesn't by it self help prove that, just look at all the  
local,state,gov places using them along with more and more fortune  
500's.
