Indeed, I have a nice little app called Cerberus from
http://www.cerberusweb.com that handles and sorts through my incoming
support mail, sends auto reply with ticket info and attaches the ticket
to the correct techs / staff. Works like a charm, I'd recommend it any
day. For those of you with less than excellent budgets out there, this
one is for you ;) because they give out free a license for one support
email address. So if you only have one like [EMAIL PROTECTED] it
wont cost you a dime, their fees for further addresses are quite
reasonable as well.

Note: they have a live assistance app as well, but you might want to
hold off on getting that one, it's not complete yet.

No affiliation here, just a very happy customer ,)

I'm sure LiveVOIP watches this last as I've seen prior posts to this
list. Being that LiveVOIP completey ignores all phone calls and 90%
of all e-mails I'm going to post this here.

Yesterday at around 3:00PM EST - 5:00PM EST we were experiencing major
issues with LiveVOIP.

Around 3:00PM inbound (toll-free) service stopped working completey
and callers would receive an All Circuits Busy or other message. I
did complete testing on my side and called from various phone numbers
and in addition verified this with approximately 10 other LiveVOIP
customers. Service was fairly quickly restored. At first, no calls
would work and then some calls would work, some wouldn't... Then they
all did. Afterwards the quality was extremely horrible for inbound
and outbound. I verified this again with approximately 10 other
LiveVOIP customers and they all had the same issues.

For whatever reason, leaving voicemail for LiveVOIP and sending
multiple e-mails to support have gone unanswered - To add to that, I
sent e-mails to support last week and the week before that which I am
still waiting for a response from.

Although prior to yesterday I have never had an issue with LiveVOIP
and at this point will continue to use them. I would love everyone to
be aware as to what has happened, especially since LiveVOIP refuses to
answer any e-mails and or phone calls.

Sincerely,

Matthew Marlowe

Too many people just don't understand how easy and effective communication is. They should go to a customer service workshop or something. They would be surprised how much that would help.
